Seems Wal-Mart wants to encourage the small shoplifter with a policy not to call the cops if the value of the pilfered merchandise is less than $25. Apparently the previous threshold was $3! Cops in small towns all over the country must be ecstatic!
Maybe I do have a reason to visit Wally World after all!
