Wendy and I made it out to Cana Island Lighthouse today. I shot these with my Ricoh GR IIIx using the in camera Hard B&W setting for the JPEGs. I do have the RAW files too but haven’t messed with those yet. I’ll give those a whack when I get home to Lightroom. I am going to see if I can get a similar look and if starting from RAW has any advantages. These were cropped very little mostly because I had sunglasses on and it was a bit hard to get the horizon jut right. There is also some minor vignette action too. Overall, I like this look. A lot like what I’d get in the old days with a red filter on B&W film. I always liked that look.
